I'm apparently having an independent type day or whatever.

Went to the dentist today and actually came home *without* drilling or plans for drilling in the near future. I walked out of the office a bit startled but quickly none the less in case they changed their minds. I've got a good dentist with a great team supporting her, but no matter how you slice it 'going to the dentist' = 'pain in the mouth.' I was also warned that if I don't watch it I'll be back in for oral surgery before I could say 'floss daily'. I love the threat of gum surgery.

With my aching jaw, I went and got the car serviced and washed and then off to the bank to make a deposit. Wandered back to the house to have lunch and never really left again for work. Guess I wanted a day off. I've got the windows open so I'm listening to my neighbors' child's tantrum through my gloriously opened windows in this lovely 50 degree weather. And I don't mind.

I've also been working on another pair of socks for me mum. I'm a highly distractable knitter, so I aim for short projects that can keep my attention. It's always hard to knit when it's spring. I have no urge to get my hands into any kind of yarn. I hope to wrap these up before I travel in a few weeks, but I'm not so sure. Too much stupid tv to watch I guess, oh and wrecking my ranking over at aso. I think I'm at -101 last time i checked. Which is awsome.
