excited about life

So tobo woke up this morning excited about life. We finally got him settled around 12midnight last night so I was expecting to hear from him around 4am. Imagine my surprise when it rolled around to 7am! I only woke up because he was having a cooing conversation with the lamp. So we are getting close to being on his feeding schedule and not his diaper schedule. (Hurray!) Can't wait to see what it's like to travel with this little guy in June. He was so bright-eyed and bushy tailed that we played on the floor gym a bit:

We had a conversation about the mirror and how fun it was to kick things. He is soo close to finding his fist to suck on. I'm about ready to start pulling out the rattles and grabbing toys, though I'm tempted to buy him one of these: (so cute!)



We've talked about doing somethings today, but nothing really planned. Possibly clean the bathrooms, maybe vacuum, possibly go out to a bookstore. Really getting a nap would be awesome.
