NaBloPoMo

Lucky you dear readers, I've decided to try to participate in National Blog Posting Month for November.

November is been know recently as the National Novel Writing Month, but I'll never write a novel. The good news is I hope this will help me get back in the habit of updating.

The sad news is that I plan to not talk about Tobo, my son in EVERY post. So grandmas, feel free to delete if not enough cuteness is apparent in your email updates.

So to dive in:

October has been a month of snow and sickness, folly and fun, friends and family. We got our first snow mid october, followed a few weeks by a Big Snow which we've heard about but not seen in Colorado only occasionally. We've had colds and more sickness this year than at times before, but so far no one has gotten swine flu. We replaced our cellphones with bigger and better cellphones that still don't do what I want. I finished two knitting projects and started a third. I've missed adult sunday school more than I like for good reasons, and my attendance at small group has been horrible. November seems to be gearing up to be about as busy.

Next weekend we'll be away to help with the senior high retreat for church. We have an all office meeting followed by lots and lots of projects for urbana 09. i've got lots of offers for babysitters which is good, I will just have to get use to not having him as my constant companion.
